Finally able to replace the original.

Attractive price. Most features of my original are the same. However, outer material not as soft as the first, but noticed that the new one is Style and Company, not Charter Club . Anyway, glad to have it at this price. The material in this one may even be more waterproof. We'll see. I love sales!!
