Broken within two weeks

Very cheap plastic. As much as my son has loved it the gun does not work and he he’s only been using it less than two weeks extremely disappointing.

Disappointment on Christmas Day

Please be advised that my grandson, his brother, mother, father, aunt and I are ALL disappointed as the most loved gift was received without any balls and the dinosaur's jaw was broken at the jaws. 8 balls to be included and not even one was received, plus additional damage. I looked online and it has since sold out. How are we going to solve this?
