Never received them

I never received the bowls I ordered. I submitted two claims stating that I never received the bowls and was denied a refund or reshipment. Terrible customer service! It is NOT acceptable to order a product, pay for it, and not receive the product or a refund! I will no longer be shopping at Macy's.
