Damaged packaging

Damaged packaging upon arrival. Box was ripped and smushed which then affected the product inside. It is a gift and now I feel uncomfortable giving it to someone.

Beware of Macy's Customer Service

The item got stuck in transit and customer service ran me around in circles for 17 days until they finally processed a refund. This was after promising to send me a new item in the mail that also never came!

scent is not what I expected

I don’t detect lavender or chamomile but do smell citronella; I don’t think it’s listed. the packaging is nice and if I enjoyed the scent I wiuld carry it and reapply to refresh the feeling it’s supposed to encourage. The warmth at my wrist does continue to make the scent renew as time passes.
