Refund

Item was poorly packaged, poor quality and arrived broken, including the outside box. Returned items are processed over a very lengthy timeframe AND I was reimbursed $30 less than purchase price. Speaking with customer service was a debacle. Language barrier and limited access to processing required an additional submission to request for evaluation…I’m done doing business with Macys
