Arrived broken

Many of the ornaments were completely broken or damaged. I expected better from Macy's. I do not recommend.

Poor packaging

The box of glass ornaments was shipped in a plastic bag without protective bubble wrap and four ornaments were shattered, genius! Returned to the store for a full refund.
