To help the colors pop, go on more vibrantly, and stay true to what you see in the pan, we highly recommend prepping your eyelids with an eyeshadow primer (like our Eyeshadow Primer Potion) before applying the shadows.

Urban Decay Does it Again

I just love the neutral shades. Goes on smoothly and does not cake up in the creases. Color lasted all day. Urban Decay really does have the best pallets and they are extremely bendable.
