Soap smell

I love the gel night cleanser but thought this might be another great product. It's not. It smells like bar soap and my skin doesn't feel good afterwards. I would return but then I have to send too much of my order back. Sigh

Old Product

I received this product directly from Estée Lauder and it was so old that I could hardly get it out of the tube. I actually received three and they all seem to be the same. Trying to return them to Estée Lauder has been a nightmare. I had these because I purchased the ReNutriv cleanser in December and it was impossible to get out of the tube. When I took it back to the store I was told they no longer make that product, which is why I called Estée Lauder for a replacement of some kind. I have used this cleanser for years and this is very disappointing. It has been a very long journey and I'm really sad that Estée Lauder, whose product I have used for over 30 years, has become so unreliable and selling inferior products

Nice cleanser

Smells wonderful and cleans leaving skin soft. My only complaint is that the product is very thick and takes a lot of force to squeeze it out of the tube.

Perfect cleanser- my fav

Love this stuff! Smells lovely and you only need a small amount. I used another product (Clinique) but came back to this facial cleanser because it is so nice.
