I like that this can expand over my sink and i can pour into even if there are items in the sink. Its like a worksink without the expense

CUISINART OVER- THE- SINK- COLANDER
Considering the product was advertised and sold on the Bloomingdale website, it arrived in an improperly sealed box. The colander handles wobble and is not sturdy. I can anticipate the colander will collapse in the sink when hot pasta is dumped into it to drain(for everyday use) inside of it. This product is a massive disappointment, and there are substantially better colanders at a lower cost! I would not repurchase this item! I expected a high-quality, heavier stainless steel colander that would last a lifetime, and I will be surprised if this one does not break in a year or less. I bought a similar colander from a different, lesser-known brand that did not last six months. I thought this would be an upgrade, but it does not appear to be better; it has a well-known brand name but appears to be the same low-quality junk sold under a brand that used to be high quality. I would not repurchase this item. I would have known not to buy this item if I had been in the store.
