Not rug/ carpet material at all

This was material glued to base of this so called rug. It’s more of a wall hanging with faux flowers of some sort glued on. Just a huge disappointment..

I didntbrealize this is not washable! it’s really preti and different! I will keep, just put out when I have company! not practical for bathroom!
