Even Heat

Perfect for my induction stove top. The pan maintains even heat, it actually can get very hot. I seared a steak, then removed from the stovetop to finish cooking, the pan stays hot enough to continue cooking when covered. The meat was very moist as well.

KitchenAid Brushed Stainless Steel Grill Pan

This is 2nd pan I've bought. The 1st was for my husband. He likes cooking steaks, bacon, etc., with it so much, that I decided to buy 1 for another family member. It's great that it can be used on all types of cooktops, including induction. It's heavy duty. The info that came with the pan also says it's safe nonstick.

Wonderful go to grill pan

Wonderful heavy grill pan that is dishwasher safe. It cooks with all the abilities of a cast iron but the ease of a pan that can used for much more.

Amazing Grill Pan

I am a true lover of grilled salmon, but had never been able to fully achieve the desirable consistency like I would have when eating salmon in a restaurant. This KitchenAid Grill Pan has changed this experience for me forever. Due to the fact that this pan heats evenly, any type of meat gets grilled perfectly in it (goodbye overcooked salmon!). In addition to what this pan does best, it looks super sturdy and it is really beautiful. From meat to vegetables to grilled cheese sandwiches, this is The Grill Pan!
