Shipping nightmare on necktie

I bought this item 10 days ago online because it is not available in the store. I still haven’t received, the status showed it is somewhere in transit (no location). I even got billed for it already. If you need this item in a hurry, don’t bother buying it from Macys online. Their shipping is unreliable.

The bow tie was very tight although I did get it last minute and I did purchase it online, if I could fit it I would have been good but it just felt as if a rope was around me.
