Very late

Ordered this for arrival by Aug 17th as a gift for a friend. Delivery date changed to August 19. By then I dont need it. Tried but could not cancel either.

A Spa Day in a Box

Not received what I ordered

I ordered this stuff to be presented to someone. This was supposed to arrive on Thursday May 22, 2025, and then it was updated to deliver by May 23rd. Upto now, I have not received my package and it is too late to be presented now. Do I get a discount for late delivery. I am afraid to recommend this to anyone, if the delivery is taking too long. It looks very nice, but delivery is bad.

Got Skin Rash

Bought it for my daughter's birthday. When she finally used it, bath salt, soap and cream, her skin turned all red. She has never had reactions to beauty products, so this is a first. Now it's too late to return it. Bum birthday present.
