Wrong item

The wrong item was sent. I ordered a chair cushion to sit on and got a cheap back cushion. I cannot return because I'm disabled. I will not order anything from Macy's ever again.

XL Cushion

Firm and exactly the size I wanted. I had surgery and I needed it because I was going back to work. It does smell weird at the beginning and it takes days for the smell to go away
