I will never order from Macy’s again

Customer service is awful. First, when I started a return online, the shipping label wouldn’t show up. The web site said I had to call customer service, but the number it gave was one digit off. Yes, I confirmed this was Macy’s web site. So I finally got the correct number and customer service said because I live in Alaska, they can’t issue a return label. Then they said they could, but via USPS. So she said it was being emailed and hung up. All they sent was a tracking number, no label. Anchorage was the largest cargo airport in the country last year. It’s insane that shipping to Alaska is still treated like this.

Well packaged for shipping, and fits great

I was pleasantly surprised at how well Macy's packaged this shaped cup bra - they made sure to stuff the cups so that they wouldn't crush in the mail. Fast shipping too! The bra fits as expected (I already have a couple of Elomi bras in a different style, but same size - 34G - UK sizing, as ordered), and I am looking forward to wearing it.
