Beautiful but fireplace quit working after one use

We bought this earlier this year for our retirement home on the river. Finally put it together last night and it looked so pretty and put out heat and we were so pleased. Tonight the fireplace doesn’t work. We’ve checked the cords, the plugs, etc. and it just won’t come on. After one night of using it! We have passed the warranty date since we didn’t put it together sooner but even if we had, we would have just checked to see if it worked and not used it again until now. So unhappy. Lot of money wasted. Hoping the company will make this right.

Great media stand with fireplace

I was in the market for a TV stand for our finished basement that also had a fireplace since it tends to be cooler. Packaged very well and came with extra screws and bolts. Instructions were easy to follow. Thermostat goes to 82 degrees. The light from the fire has 3 levels of brightness. Works perfectly in our area.
