Tumbler is Great, Don't Order from Macy's!!

I purchased the La Rochere Perigord tumbler, but received the La Rochere Perigord wine glass (which Macy's does not even sell). I thought it was just a mistake and so reordered the tumbler, only to receive the wine glass yet again. Clearly, Macy's and their vendor (La Rochere) aren't on the same page. I spoke with Macy's Customer Service who could only offer me a refund, not a replacement with the correct item. Come on, Macy's, this seems to be a reported problem that you have failed to correct. As a long time customer, I find this extremely disappointing.

Warehouse snafu?

Warehouse problems must have caused my issues. I never got what I actually ordered. If the picture displays here you should see a footed tumbler-round glass disk that sits on the table and supports a glass. Problem was that initial order and replacement order-both times I was sent the Perigold wine glasses that have stems. No what I wanted at all. All I can surmise is that a warehouse shelf is mislabeled and fulfillment keeps grabbing the wrong box without looking at the photos on the order slip and box.
