2 broken orders

My first order arrived with 1 broken. I reordered a replacement and the same glass arrived broken. No sign that the damage occurred during shipping. It looked as though the glass was broken before shipping

Trust the Reviews

I should have trusted the review. The glasses arrived broken and just like the previous reviewer stated,the glasses were not wrapped to protect them from breaking. The box actually looked as if it had been used ( possibly returned) by someone else. Shipment took longer than usual so it was super disappointing to finally receive my order only to hear the broken glasses rattle around in the box before I even opened it.

La rochere glasses - arrived broken

The glasses arrived completely broken. The packing was atrocious - they were just thrown in a box with nothing protecting them. I thought my gift recipient was getting another set in exchange for the broken set, but he got a gift card instead - not what we wanted. Horrible experience and I will not order online from Macy’s again.
