Happy with the bag but it’s used.

My issue is not with the bag - it’s a great bag and it’s what I wanted. My issue is when I picked up the bag it had someone’s prescription card inside of it and it had a pen mark on the inside so it was clearly used. I’m definitely disappointed to say the least.
