The first set had a broken mug and a chipped plate , but the set was replaced! I really liked the Spode set! . I really appreciate that you guys made the exchange without doubting me!😊

Beautiful dishes at a fabulous price

I searched several sites to find the best selection and price for Spode Blue Italian. This set from Macy's was on sale for an unbeatable price. I was a little hesitant to order expensive and fragile dishes that would need to be shipped, but everything arrived safely packaged and in pristine condition. I could not be more pleased.

Misleading and dishonest practice

Received my order of 12 pcs Spode Blue Italian. Despite marketed by the MACY's as MADE IN ENGLAND dinnerset, the mugs I received are labeled as "Made in China" and packaged separately in a different box. When called the MACY's, they told that this was vendor direct item and the SPODE should be responsible for this. When offered to share the photos for the proof, was told to bring it over and be physically be present for escalating the issue. It is frustrating to receive the item mislabeled or mispresented and plus be told to drive 2 hours to the nearest MACYS. Very much disappointed with your misleading and false marketing information in the ITEM DESCRIPTION PART for the 12 pcs SPODE Blue Italian set. MACY'/SPODE should reimburse the customers for this dishonest marketing practice, what the others think of this? Can someone else from buyers confirm if the set you received had a mix of Made in China and Made in England pieces? Adding the photos as a proof.
