Never Arrived!

Trying to get assistance on this order is impossible! Tracking tells me its on its way and being delivered 2 weeks ago??? No tracking update. I have even sent emails to customer service with no response. We purchase a lot from Macy's....that is terrible customer service.

Disgrace

I ordered this item on 12/19; I paid for 2 day shipping and Macy's is telling me that it is coming on 12/29. This is a disgrace. No email updates, nothing. Macy's has never been so bad in the past; not sure what happened; but I find this service horrific.
