If u like hair and other krap in ur food, definitely use a silicone mat that catches all sorts of fun stuff when in storage . HATE

Avoid stubborn stuck-on messes

We have used Silpat sheets for years, mainly to avoid stubborn stuck-on messes while roasting meats and/or vegetables. Silpat for us is now indispensable. Highly recommend. If we were bakers, we would keep 4 on hand: 2 for baking and 2 for roasting.

Cookie Sheet size, NOT a Half Sheet baking pan

The item is mislabeled as a "Half Sheet" baking mat. It fits a standard cookie sheet, the dimensions are NOT for an actual half sheet baking pan. So I will be returning.

Inability to change address of shift. See above.

No product. Problem of purchase was inability to correct the address for delivery. Cancelled purchase. Tried again again but there no opportunity to enter the correct address. Tried to call someone or access the proper person to help me on your internet page to explain the problem, but unable. Gave up on the purchase.
