Embarrassing Product Quality

The quality of this rug is substandard given the brand name. The weave is quite sparse, and they used a spray on silicone backing that had melted prior to arrival. I would remove them from inventory to prevent customers from thinking that the quality is normal for the vendor.

I wanted to love it but…

I loved this mat. It was the perfect color and size. It was oh soooo soft. It delivered quickly. The backing was sublime. But… I had no choice but to return it because when I opened it the back was unraveling and stuck. So disappointing.

sliding rugs

The rugs are soft and luxurious, but they slide terribly. I love the deep charcoal color and they are small enough for the step out from the shower and in front of the sink.
