Waste of money

I was so excited to try these as I'm a huge Jo Malone supporter, I love the room sprays, I love the candles, I love the soaps, so I was looking forward to getting this however it is a complete waste of money. You don't smell anything even if the AC is on like recommended. It's basically just taking up space on my AC vents because whether the AC is on or not you literally don't smell anything. It's very disappointing considering how great everything else is and I'm not sure how these past whatever inspections that they have, but I would highly suggest not wasting any money on this.

Save your money

I truly love Jo Malone scents, and every diffuser in my home is from Jo Malone. I'm quite sensitive to smells, so I don't even wear perfume—but Jo Malone's fragrances aren't overly strong or harsh like many other brands. That's why I've always felt confident gifting them to others and consistently using them at home. However, this car diffuser is completely pointless. For the price, the performance is incredibly underwhelming. Even considering the value of the brand name, this product is so disappointing it honestly deserves a recall. Who claims this item even has a scent? There's absolutely no fragrance unless the air conditioner is on—and even then, it barely lasts. I don't know who was responsible for developing this product, but if all the reviews are saying the same thing, then as a brand, please stop leaving the same templated reply asking people to email you. Do your job as a brand manager: either improve this product drastically or discontinue it altogether. Honestly, I can say this is the most regrettable purchase I've made in my life.

Works Even Better in the Winter (and with the right vent)

The Wood Sage and Sea Salt is a lovely scent and I smell it every time I get into the car. Yes, like other reviewers, I would love there to be more beads in the diffuser to strengthen the scent. Now that we are moving into winter, I am noticing that the heat activates the beads even more … giving it the stronger scent I was originally hoping for. One aspect to note about this car diffuser is it works best in European cars or those with straight slots in the air vents. It's a fits perfect fit in my VW (rectangular vents) but it perches further away from the vent in my Jeep (round vents).

Not worth it

It’s horrible you spend so much money and you can’t even smell the scent
