terrible machine
this product is terrible. i have had to replace this machine 4 times in the last 6 months. It works for a month, then tells you it needs a descale, as soon as the descaling is done the machine stops working. all the lights flash, and you have to spend an hour on the phone with the machine assistance team and all they will do is send out a new machine. do not recommend this product at all. I previously had to citiz machines and never had a problem with them for years.

The worst coffee machine
It’s the best coffee machine I have bought from Nespresso It doesn’t froth the milk and it doesn’t descale properly

Infuriating waste of time
What an awful machine. The instructions make no grammatical sense whatsoever, the images do not align themselves with the actual machine. The frother does not froth at all. But, what's more upsetting ... is having to pack it up, send it back, and wait for a refund!!! This is an awful machine, do not waste your time. (ps. why does water flow out after the failed milk frother)

20 years and counting..
I’ve been a Nespresso customer since 2006! I still have my Romeo. Still going strong!I enjoy the selection from a variety countries that Nespresso gets their coffee beans from. Mmmm.

Ugh!
I bought this and was so excited when it arrived, only to open it up and find the tank was broken. This is my second Nespresso machine so I reordered it! Hopefully, the next one will come with no issues!
