I am very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface, this should do the trick. Large easy to clean Pan
This is a great frying pan for frying large food for a large family or making food for a party. It holds a lot of food. The finish is fantastic and heats up quickly. The pan is easy to clean. You need to have a large burner on your stove for this pan or place it over two burners, but it works fine.

Great but size it!
The pan is amazing , the non stick surface works well and the oversized is terrific if you have large burners on your stove. It wipes out and cleans easily. With a silicon spatula the surface seems to wear well so far. Before you buy the very large size be sure you have a large burner to handle the surface area and space for storage. Very handy and easy for the family with the above 2 pre requisites. If either are an issue, get a smaller size!

Amazing Frypan!
I tried this Blue Diamond - Blue Diamond Jumbo 14" Frypan and its pretty awesome. I love that its huge! This works great for making pancakes, stir fry, fried eggs, and related types of food. I've honestly never owned such a large frypan before. Now that I do, I can't beleive I waited this long in my life to have one! I love cooking and baking. This is great for so many reasons. I love the large size. I also feel its pretty good in the non stick aspect. This also feels pretty heavy and solid so I think it will last a long time. It feels high quality. I highly recommend this frypan.
