Disappointed

I did not receive the 3 items I purchased from this brand/manufacturer. The items showed "shipped" and also "canceled by shipper" which was quite frustrating and confusing. I called Macy's and yes, the shipper canceled the order. I do not know why. But I was still charged by Macy's and told my "case" would be reviewed and I would receive credit after 11 days. I am NOT satisfied with the response. Why am I being charged for products that the shipper chose to cancel, and I have to wait for my credit back? It makes no sense. I will never buy anything from this manufacturer again because they cancel orders and don't even explain why. Plus, Macy's needs to do better with a response as well
