Very rich moisturizer
It's honestly an extremely rich and beautiful moisturizer. Leaves the skin feeling very smooth and absorbs into the skin perfectly. I would recommend a pea sized amount for the entire face as it's a very rich moisturizer. Overall 10/10, if it's in your price range I highly recommend.

I love this product
These products are amazing! I had dry, sun-damaged skin, and they have truly transformed my complexion. After cleansing, I apply the Benefiance Dark Spot treatment, followed by Benefiance Brightening, and then finish with Bio-Performance Advanced Cream at night. In the morning, I follow the same routine and finish with Universal Defense SPF 50. My skin looks healthier, brighter, and more hydrated than it has in years. The improvement has been remarkable, and I honestly can't imagine my skincare routine without these products. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with dryness, sun damage, or uneven skin tone.

Surprising effectiveness 😊
This is the first time I ordered this product. I tried it morning and night, but it's a little too much (too greasy?) for my skin. So I use it only at night as my last step. It is awesome! I notice my fine lines disappearing. I'm so glad I tried it, and highly recommend you trying it …by fine lines, I have a deep (1) line in between my eyes and brows, that goes up to the middle of my forehead. It's very noticeable. This has helped it tremendously!

I have used this cream for many years. I have tried other brands and like them for a month or two but then I start noticing that my skin is declining. I start re-using the Bio-Performance again and feel like I look 10 years younger almost immediately. I used to work for Shiseido and even after switching to the fragrance industry 23 years ago, I still think Shiseido is the best. The absorption is so nice, it doesn’t just sit on the surface of the skin and then roll away when you start applying makeup. My skin is hydrated and smooth with a beautiful luminosity.

I’ve been wearing this moisturizer for at least 5 years as per advice of my aesthetician. I have very dry skin and this is the only moisturizer that keeps me hydrated all day. It applies smoothly and absorbs well.this keeps my skin luminous and supple. I would never wear another brand.

Recent formula change cause irritation
I have been using the bio-performance cream for years and always loved it. It moisturizes without strong scent or ever causes irritation. I got a new bottle recently and noticed the strong scent and it caused some irritation to my skin after a week. Please bring back the old formula!

My Favorite Shiseido Product!
This is my FAVORITE Shiseido product by far. I love how silky smooth it feels going on my skin. It moisturizes without making my skin feel greasy and I adore the light scent of the cream. This is one I will always keep in stock so I don't run out of it!
