How do I sharpen?

Love it but used just a couple times And tried to get more out by twisting the base. Nothing happens. And it isn't cheap so am surprised at this.

Finally !

Lancôme did it! This is the best eyeliner I’ve ever had period hard stop ! I have hooded watery eyes I can get that yucky stuff in the corners or raccoon eyes not w this - i love color ithe staying power the color pops I don’t have to stand there for 10 minutes putting this on either , I have bought every eyeliner from drug store to channel the only downside is sharpening is a challenge otherwise 10’s across the board! Plan on adding French chocolate brown next

Wish the pencil worked better.

I first tried this product as a sample that came with an order. I loved it so much that I bought another one. (Parisian Blue). I do love the product itself. I don't love that it seemed to break off, and then I either ran out or there was some kind of issue with the pencil mechanism, or it just doesn't contain that much product. I'm sad that it didn't work out. I would purchase again if there was an improvement with the pencil mechanism or reviews that said there was marked improvement with the amount of time the product lasts.
