Never received

I waited 2 wks before contacting customer service who then sent a message to Macy's distribution center to ship the item. I waited another 1.5 wks in hopes I would get a response...nothing! Then I get an email ok to keep item, return successful? I never received it, it was never shipped.

As described and quite pretty

Garnet solitaire necklace - I purchased for a graduation gift. It was big but not too big and the chain is a nice delicate. The clasp is very tiny so hard to put on yourself. The necklace was a big hit with the recipient
