A whistling Willy it is indeed!

For years I had trouble finding a teapot that whistled. They all claimed that they whistled but none did. Until this one! Yes baby!

Good but could use a few improvements

It’s good but needs some improving. Pros: The whistle is nice and loud. Love the handle protector but I’m not sure if I can leave it on while boiling- directions weren’t clear. Love that it is a high grade stainless steel material. Cons: I wish the spout opened on its own when pouring the water. Lid is not easy to get off especially after boiling if you want to refill it. An automatic lid opener would be great. Wish it was dishwasher safe, handwashing it isn’t so easy there is a spot on the spout that is impossible to get to. Overall good but not my favorite.

Poor design-burn hazard-do not buy

Purchased this kettle to replace an older one. We use a kettle on a daily basis. When heating water the handle on this kettle will get hot enough to burn your hand. This is unacceptable, especially for a high end model. Also the shape of the handle makes it very awkward to pour out water. Overall a dangerous and incompetent design which not only motivates to write a negative review but also never purchase another product from this brand.

Could be better

Handle gets very hot, even plastic part on the whistle gets hot. The quality and design very nice. Comfortable to hold, pick up the lid. Only big minus for me is that handle get hot. I am keeping because I bought it on sale, otherwise I would return.
