Beautiful ring

The ring is absolutely stunning. Even tahough I have 2 other sapphires I just had to have this one. Mixed with the diamonds it shines like no other. With sale price I knew it would be coming home with me.

Beautiful Ring but not happy with the delivery

Ring is beautiful but I will not recommend to buy this ring through macys.com. Go to this local store and buy the ring from there, that is a much better way of getting your ring on time.

Macy's failed

I would love to tell you about the piece of jewelry but I can't, because it's not here. I ordered this on December 11th, in part because it said it would arrive well in time for Christmas. I received a notice on the 12th saying it had shipped. And now, on December 23rd, it says it won't arrive until January 2nd. Clearly it hasn't shipped. I reached out to customer service to see if I could just go get it at a local store. Nope! They don't have it in the stores. Sorry! No offer to make it right. No offer for a discount on future purchases. Nothing. They don't care. This is why department stores like Macy's are dying.
