Great blender but Hand Wash ONLY!!!!

This blender and blade will last a lifetime if you hand wash it but if you put the cups in the dishwasher the heat will shrink the plastic and your blades won’t screw on right anymore. It’s very easy to hand wash though so i find it’s only a mild inconvenience. If you find yourself not being able to screw on the lids after the dishwasher, don’t try and force them because the cups will start shedding plastics pieces and it could crack the blade. The cups just need to be replaced. The blade and blender all still work fine!

You get what you pay for

I bought my ninja after my kuvings motor went after 18mo, tte ninja had issues before I'd even finished paying it off?! I do not recommend, save your money, spend the extra and get a quality brand. Very dissappointed, don't bother. For the same price I'd buy kuvings which is also crap but worked better than the ninja at this point in.

Durability issue

Durability is the problem. I’m on my third machine in a year and half. Hopefully the replacement I received this time will last longer. I use half cup frozen berries, half fresh banana and my almond milk and protein powder. No ice. No big chuncks . It blend that easily. The consistency is nice when it works properly. Nice smoothie. Crossing my fingers.

Great Blender That Helped Me Eat Healthier

I've been extremely happy with this blender. It has plenty of power, is very versatile, and does an excellent job making smoothies with frozen fruit, yogurt, protein powder, and other healthy ingredients. The Auto-iQ® programs take the guesswork out of blending and consistently produce great results. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to clean.
