Perfect nonstick skillet

I’d been thinking about purchasing this pan for a long time bc I love cast iron but wanted a more non stick version. I should have bought it sooner. It’s just big enough for 1-2 servings of whatever and is easy to clean. So glad I bought it.

Does it stick or not?

How is it that about half the customers say the skillet sticks like crazy and half saying it doesn’t. How can the be?? Are some products made differently? What can the company say to reconcile this?

Heavy

I really didn’t use it much and it’s bit too heavy. A long handle is on the way too. I would rather get a real cast iron without any coating like this. Instead of this one I went with enameled 3.5 cast iron braiser with a lid and it’s much better use. Way much easier to clean and used for so many variety meals than this one. This one had to go back.

Everyday and Everyway

Awesome skillet!

Awesome skillet. I’ve been skeptical of enameled cast iron as I’ve been using regular cast iron for so long. However, I am absolutely thrilled with this skillet. I make the most perfect omelettes with this pan. Don’t make the mistake I made at first by using too much heat. Set this baby on medium-low and you can rock an omelette. I am very happy with my purchase.
