The product is excellent but the mailing of item to PO Box was poor as I had to order it twice and travel 20 miles to pick up.

Arrived shattered from shipping….

Glasses were very cute but there’s a display window on the box and that glass was absolutely shattered and glass was falling out of the box when it was delivered. The poor rating is for logistics/shipping rather than product itself.

Arrived broken!

Sadly, the glasses arrived shattered due to lack of proper protective packaging. Very disappointing.

Broken Glasses

Received the Godinger set of crystal old fashioned glasses, the box had one glass unwrapped and another was broken into many pieces. Waste of money when a package arrives with broken glass.
