Great mug--packed extraordinarily well

These are excellent mugs if you're looking to drink a moderate sized cup of coffee! We had larger mugs but were missing out on the aroma and, since we were only drinking 8 ounces, the coffee was cooling off too quickly. As always, Macy's shipped the order quickly and the company is to be applauded for its packing and customer service: The mugs arrived in two separate boxes (6 each) within two other cardboard boxes. Despite these assurances, the company included a lovely note asking you contact them directly if anything was broken (none of our mugs were). Highly recommend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE My Elama Holt Mugs!

I recently ordered these mugs from Macys. I love the style and the capacity for coffee. Super clean lines and beautiful. Two arrived broken but they replaced them without question and quickly. I am super impressed by the brand and their customer service. I am definitely making Elama one of my go-to brands.
