problem with zippers

Bought it last August 2025 for travel and perhaps everyday usage. Was going on a trip to the mainland in early Sept. and noticed that the zippers were sticky (difficulty in pulling it up). Used a little wax on both sides and that seems to help the movement of the zippers. Decided to use another easy spirit shoes for this trip. Just came back from a trip to the mainland (Nevada) and had decided to use the Epic booties on this trip (Feb). While waiting for my first leg of my trip, I noticed that my right bootie zipper had unzipped to the bottom. Had to keep re-zipping the right side after walking during my trip. Luckily I had a safety pin so I attached the pin from the leather piece on the zipper to upper part of the bootie and that seemed have helped the situation. I even wiped off the waxed area of the right side. Had no problem with the left bootie zipper. Disappointed so will use it on errands at home rather than on a trip.

Good boots

The boots were a good fit, but I found that the outside zipper was on the wrong side of the boot for an older person.
