Belt Bag

Got the bag on Friday, by Sunday the leather is peeling a little and the zipper is breaking. I brought the bag cause it was cute and I would like it for years. But I didn’t think it’ll be like this

I just need a placement

I'm highly disappointed with my order #023000649189 BK placed on 02/13/26 never received.I only received the Lg ladies Isotoner gloves in less than a week, Mathew and I called your customer service from Macy's at Tysons that I don't want a refund but a replacement to the same address you delivered my gloves. Thanks

Not a Fan of the Fanny Pack

I did not like the look of this in person. I was hoping to use as a crossbody and it just looked more like a fanny pack and sorry, don’t think that should have been brought back from the 80’s. I returned it.

Very disappointed with the quality

I bought the dark brown one from Macy’s about three months ago, and it’s already damaged. The material started peeling and looks worn out even though I used it gently. I expected much better quality for the price. It’s honestly a waste of money — not durable at all.
