Unable to cancel delayed order

Ordered on-line, given a delivery date that was delayed two days before Christmas. Not able to cancel until after delivery. Could have used the refunded money to purchase something else.

Ordered on 12/8, still have not received. Delivery date has changed numerous times, now arriving after Christmas. It’s Vegas to NJ… I didn’t realize it’s not directly from Macy.

Ordered for Christmas on December 14th. Not arriving until January. Won’t purchase from this company again as a 3rd party vendor. Macys needs to reevaluate their statement around shipping.

Upset

I purchased this item as a gift and will be out of town when it delivered. I hope Macys would pay for shipping and handling to a new location after I get back to town to send my nephew his gift in time for New Year. I am so disappointed!!!
