Disappointed
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and the rotating GPS worked once and now it does not work at all. Super upset because she loves paw patrol.

Just stopped working
Had for less than a year and just stopped working. I thought the batteries needed changed but no. Still doesn’t work. Just died. It’s a shame because my son Loved this toy and the recording feature. Disappointing…

Fun but doesn't hold up
Same complaint as other reviews. The map does not rotate and the recorder is just static.

Junk
I have bought this item several times and have had to return each one. You can’t test it in the store since there aren’t any batteries and then once home you find out the GPS map doesn’t rotate. The third one I got lasted just a couple of days. I am super disappointed as they are supposed to be of higher quality but this item is complete trash. Three months of play and bit the dust!
My Paw Patrol loving kiddo received this item for Christmas and it’s already bit the dust. At first I was certain a battery change was in order, but to my surprise it’s a complete loss! We ask our friends and family specifically for Melissa & Doug toys by name as the quality always exceeds our expectations, but this item missed that mark! Bummed

Christmas present that’s already broken in Feb
My son loved this toy he received for Christmas and it’s already broken. We thought it was the batteries but we changed them and it still wasn’t working. Way too expensive to stop working within three months.

Overpriced junk
Bought this for my 3 year old. Don't know why it was so expensive. Should have looked at the reviews first. Looks like no one is impressed with this item

BIG Disappointment
Our family is typically a big fan of Melissa and Doug products (as a former elementary educator, and now toddler mom) - we love supporting American companies. I didn’t think to read the reviews for this item since I’ve always trusted the quality of this brand but boy do I wish I had. My son was SO excited when he received this toy… but NOTHING works (the buttons don’t make any sounds when you push them). I’ve changed the battery multiple times and even opened the entire thing up to see if there was an issue with the circuit board. It wasn’t until I dug deeper into figuring out how to fix it online that I saw these reviews. Adding our review in case it helps someone else make a more informed decision. Do not waste your money on something with such a short lifespan. Curious how Melissa and Doug has resolved this issue with others who experienced the same thing.
