A very bad experience: it was stolen—it wasn't delivered to me. It shows as delivered, but it never arrived. I filed a report and received an email stating that you did send it, but I never received it.

The jacket is comfortable and warm. The only problem is with the stitching. Within a few days of usage, I can see threads coming out of multiple stitches.
