WOW!!!

At first I did not know what to expect, this genre being New and New Author to me as well. It did not disappoint, and I was glued to the book. It was exciting, romance, with an unexpected ending. I am continuing to read the series.

This book really gave me some feminine empowerment but I personally thought it took awhile to get to the antagonist and wish that would’ve came faster but I sincerely loved this book it’s the perfect ratio of sweet and wholesome to spicy I would love to reread this 💕

Finding Love in Darkness

To begin with- wowzers. Just, wowzers. Set in a dark world, where fear and distrust reign, love and friendship are shown to prevail- at least, in this first book entry of the series. I unexpectedly fell for the characters- I began to cheer them on in moments of anguish, laugh at their embarrassing situations, and believe in the love between the main couple (they truly are dramatic, lol). It is a dark fantasy novel! Highly recommended, especially for those beginning to sink their talons into this genre!

So glad I gave it a chance!!

I don’t know why anyone would say this is like beauty and the beast. Maybe is belle was a huntress able to kill to protect herself? I was apprehensive to read this simply because it was a “trend.” I am so glad I finally took a chance on it. I haven’t been able to put it down. Don’t believe the haters. It starts a bit slow, but it is necessary to build the plot. Def buying the next book! 📖
