glides beautifully and does not run

When they say it is waterproof, it is!!!! It did not matter that I have been having terrible allergies that cause my eyes to tear. this eyeliner stayed put. However, I also loved that with the right eye makeup remover it comes off easily without having me tug on my water lines to take it off. Absolute best eyeliner.

Terrible customer service

Never received item. Lost in transit - never delivered. Macy's won't re-ship item at sale price. Claims they only had a few at sale price!!! It is in stock but I would have to pay higher price.
