Declining quality

I bought these Tommy Hilfiger men’s briefs multi packs for years now. I’ve noticed the past couple years the quality has declined markedly.What used to be a wide elastic band is now a thinner cheaper quality elastic. The sizing is way off as well. I usually wear a medium, but when I ordered them the last time they were way too small. I had to size up to a size large. I guess in this day and age in an effort to keep costs low, cheaper materials are used. This is definitely the case with this product.
