Pretty, but...

I love the colors! The plates have some bumpy spots but I was okay with that. But one of the plates had a chip. I asked for a replacement plate and was told I'd have to pack up the whole set and send it back. Not going to do that. I really think there should be replacements available.

Poor quality and transport.

Dishes arrive broken. Better packing materials needed. Also, quality of dishes not very good. Many dishes had chips or other imperfections.
