scratch easily

After only 3 months of use and even with hand washing this flatware scratches very easily to the point where it can no longer be used.

DO NOT buy this set!

So disappointing. I bought this set about a year ago, and this is what happened. The golden color has completely worn off on some pieces. I honestly can’t believe I paid so much for a set with this level of quality. I expected it to last much longer, especially at this price point.

Soo Disappointing!

Several pieces came with the finish completely scratched off. I don't see how they could possibly hold up under regular use.

Customer support not accessible

The flatware is beautiful in general. Two pieces have a flawed finish and it is not easy to get in touch with the manufacturer to ask for replacement pieces
