Slowwww delivery and not even in stock

I haven't received the product yet! I'm not sure why Macy's is still selling this product. They didn't even have it in stock when I placed my order and they wouldn't even ship the expensive sweater I bought and then I get an email they'll ship this product out to me. Not sure the right hand knows what the left is doing. I won't be purchasing from Macy's again! You can't count on receiving the merchandise timely or if they carry the merchandise they advertise.
