💯

I was surprised how helpful Dyna was at the concord Mac dept. She not only helps with the lip stick brush but, also color matching my makeup. She was patient yet busy helping others. She multitask yet very good while working with others. Dyna never ignored any customers. I was very impressed. Thank you for sending this survey she deserves the same attention she gave the customers!

Not packaged Well

I received the items loose in the box and out of the wrapper. I wished the items could have been wrapped in some type of store tissue paper versus just being put in the shipping box.

Great lip brush!

The shape of this brush makes it multiuse. You can use it to apply lipstick, gloss, define the lips, or to create the ombre lip look. It feels very soft and comfortable on the lips too.

Purchase never received

I made this in store purchase and the lip brush was to be mailed to me because the store inventory was out, I have never received my purchase this was about 3 weeks ago.

MINE BROKE

MINE BROKE WITHIN THREE DAYS AND A SPRING FELL OUT SO I DEFINITELY CANT FIX IT I WOULD BUY IT AGAIN IF IT WERENT SO EXPENSIVE JUST TO BREAK AGAIN MAC I MISS THE METAL LIP BRUSHES YOU USED TO SELL BUT ITS STILL GOOD NONETHELESS I GLUED IT WORKS VERY NICE HAIRS

no cap

i really needed a lip brush to keep in my handbag. i was disappointed that this doesn't have a cap. it defeats the purpose of having a retractable travel brush.
