bad quality

The overall quality of the bag itself is good, but the handles are a big problem. They started cracking and peeling very quickly, which is unacceptable for a bag at this price point. What is most disappointing is the lack of support. Anibernini does not take responsibility, and Macy’s did not offer any solution after just one month of use. This is not a product I would recommend.

Put together

I needed a bag that had compartments but was structured so it didn't look raggity. This bag looks great. Has the compartments and space I'm looking for without being too large. I also got it at a great price.
