Incomplete order unrectified

Macy’s shipped this item to me and when I received it, the box had very obviously been tampered with and the diffuser sticks were missing and also missing was another very expensive candle that I ordered. I immediately phoned Macy’s customer service and was told that I would receive a replacement order. After 2 days, I received a notice from Macy’s that the Diffuser item was no longer in stock. So now I’m left with a diffuser with no sticks to diffuse.

Missing Reed Sticks in Online Order

I ordered a Jo Malone diffuser from Macy’s online, but it arrived without the reed sticks. Without the reed sticks, the diffuser is completely unusable. For a premium-priced product, this was very disappointing. I expected better quality control from both Macy’s and Jo Malone. I hope Macy’s can send the missing reed sticks as soon as possible.

The new set of 10 reeds was missing from the product. I tried contacting customer service through live chat, but the connection kept dropping and no one followed up or resolved the issue promptly. Please send the missing reeds as soon as possible.
